We had a wonderful Orange Shirt Day assembly on Thursday. Many Elders were able to join and we appreciate hearing their perspectives. We also had the opportunity to share in Mr. Aleks receiving a Blackfoot name. It was wonderful to be a part of this special ceremony. Please be sure to ask him about it when you speak with him next!
We thank parents who were able to attend our School Council meeting this past week. Our next School Council meeting will be combined with MHHS on October 28th at 5pm. All parents are invited to attend.
We look forward to seeing students back on Tuesday as there is No School Monday to honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
